Terms of Service
By using MailPing, you agree to the following terms.
Service Description
MailPing provides email tracking by recording when tracking image URLs are requested by receiving environments. MailPing reports delivery and open events only when supported by observable signals.
No Guarantees
Email delivery and open detection depend on recipient environments, email clients, and network behavior outside of MailPing’s control. MailPing makes no guarantees regarding completeness or accuracy beyond observed events.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MailPing for unlawful purposes, abuse, spam, or deceptive practices.
Data Interpretation
MailPing reports only what can be technically defended. Absence of a signal does not imply absence of user action.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MailPing may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of Liability
MailPing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Billing and Refunds
Payments for MailPing subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s applicable Consumer Terms and billing policies.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies and applicable consumer protection laws. Where eligible, refund requests must be submitted through Paddle’s support channels as outlined at checkout.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
